I just subscribed but I don't see a dashboard yet.

PayPal subscriptions activate in seconds; AllPay can take up to a minute for the webhook to confirm payment. Refresh the dashboard, or if it persists past 5 minutes, email us with your account email.

How do I generate or rotate API keys?

Dashboard → API Keys. Click "Create key", choose the network, and copy the key — it is shown only once. Existing keys can be revoked from the same page; replacements are issued immediately.

What happens when I hit my rate limit?

Requests above your plan limit return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. Upgrade from Dashboard → Subscription to take effect on the next request — no downtime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Dashboard → Billing → "Cancel subscription". Access continues until the end of the current billing period. For trial users, no charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends.
