How does the 7-day Builder trial work?
The trial is the Builder plan for 7 days. You sign up, create your keys, and use the plan in full; nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial the subscription continues on Builder at $29 a month unless you cancel or change plan in the dashboard. The trial covers Builder only; Starter, Growth and Scale start as paid plans.
What happens when I reach my plan's limits?
Each plan has a per-second rate limit with a burst allowance and a monthly request allowance. Requests over the per-second limit get a 429 and succeed on retry. If you are outgrowing the monthly allowance, move up a tier from the dashboard; there is no per-call overage billing on any plan, so the bill never climbs on its own.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, add-on and bundle changes are made in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then and are not charged for the next cycle. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, as set out in the Terms. Read the Terms of Service.
How do API keys work across chains and networks?
Every key is scoped to one chain and one network, for example Cardano mainnet or Midnight preprod. Your plan's key allowance (2 API keys on Starter up to unlimited API keys on Enterprise) is shared across all chains, so a Cardano app adding Bitcoin or Midnight issues another key from the same account, and the request allowance is one pool across your keys.
Which add-ons do I need for market data?
Market Data ($19 a month) gives prices, OHLCV candles, DEX pools, order books and NFT sales across all 11 Cardano DEXes over REST. If you also want per-wallet holdings and P&L, the Data bundle ($19) covers Market Data and Wallet Analytics together. Live streaming of the same data is a WebSocket package, sold separately from $29.
Is there an SLA?
A contractual SLA is available on Dedicated, with the terms agreed as part of the contract. Enterprise includes email support with a 48-hour response; Dedicated includes a shared Slack or Teams channel with a 4-hour response. The public status page shows live health for every plan.
Do you offer dedicated infrastructure?
Yes. Dedicated starts at $2,000 a month and runs your own isolated cluster and database, with negotiated volumes, rate limits, support channel and SLA, custom endpoints and filtered streams, and an on-premise option. Contact sales to scope it.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, billed monthly in US dollars. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on Nexus servers. Enterprise and Dedicated are arranged with sales.
